Hotpod Yoga in Notting Hill

The one hour hot vinyasa yoga classes are suitable for both women and men of all ages and all levels of fitness and yoga ability – whether you’ve never tried yoga before or are a seasoned expert. Each class will see you burn up to 700 calories in a fun session that’s both relaxing and physical, offering up a whole host of benefits – they’re great for de-toxing, flexibility, strengthening and toning, de-stressing, weight loss and calming the mind. Classes are led by the top-notch Hotpod teachers and are held in a pop-up, inflatable and heated studio!

Classes cost £10 each, or £35 for unlimited classes for a month or £45 for 5 classes. Great value – only a fraction of what you will pay at other hot yoga classes! You can book sessions online at www.hotpodyoga.com.

In addition to the class each Saturday in Notting Hill, weekly classes are also being held in Brixton with more locations to be added in due course. Hotpod Yoga also partner with some of the coolest fitness and health brands each month to offer their fans some exclusive deals and free products onsite. Check out their website for all the latest news on their clas
