Next Thursday, 21st May, come down to this baking class at local Danish eatery Snaps & Rye to learn three special recipes under the tuition of native Dane, Maria Mayerhofer.
Maria will guide you through three rye recipes during the evening – making a fig and fennel rye loaf, rye crisp breads and her fast becoming famous, ‘overnight rye buns’. At the end of the evening, you’ll get to take everything you make home with you – along with your newfound skills!
As well as learning all about baking with rye, you will get a chance to taste a rye infused Akvavit made by Kell Skott, the owner of Snaps & Rye.
This Bake with Maria pop-up class at Snaps & Rye is a 3 hour class and costs £65. You will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
