Try out Hotpod Yoga in Notting Hill this summer!

For those interested in yoga in Notting Hill and looking to get their fitness fix in a unique and great value way – read on!

Launched only in January this year with a series of successful public pop-ups, Hotpod Yoga are now offering weekly classes in the Notting Hill area!

The one hour hot vinyasa yoga classes are suitable for both women and men of all ages and all levels of fitness and yoga ability – whether you’ve never tried yoga before or are a seasoned expert. Each class will see you burn up to 700 calories in a fun session that’s both relaxing and physical, offering up a whole host of benefits – they’re great for de-toxing, flexibility, strengthening and toning, de-stressing, weight loss and calming the mind. Classes are led by the top-notch Hotpod teachers and are held in a pop-up, inflatable and heated studio!

Classes cost £10 each, or £35 for unlimited classes for a month or £45 for 5 classes. Great value – only a fraction of what you will pay at other hot yoga classes! You can book sessions online at www.hotpodyoga.com.

Hotpod Yoga was founded by Max Henderson and Nick Higgins towards the end of 2012 with a series of pop-up yoga classes. As well as hosting weekly classes, Hotpod Yoga also has residencies at numerous large offices across London, including Harrods.

Hotpod Yoga will be taking place each Saturday, 3-4pm at Dance Studio, Paddington Arts, 32 Woodfield Road W9 2BE.
