Oxjam Notting Hill’s main event on 19th October!

After an exciting build up across the country this year, Oxjam 2013 comes to a close on the 19th October with venues all over the UK showcasing the best up and coming talent this country has to offer – whilst also raising money for the very worthy cause, Oxjam, of course!

And, of course, Notting Hill isn’t missing out on any of this! A number of well-known venues in the area will be hosting gigs as part of Oxjam Notting Hill on the 19th October, including Mau Mau, Portbello Gold, Trailer Happiness, The Globe and The Castle. Artists appearing on the night include Pyrelli, Latala, English Flaws, Gamer, V-Device, The Bedroom Hour, Jessica Symonds, Clencha, Lizzie Nightingale, The Sofa Explosion, B-Liz and Ray Domingo, plus many, many more musicians and DJs as well.

Tickets to the entire night cost only £10 (great value!) and this guarantees you entry to all venues. Every penny raised from the night goes directly to Oxjam to fight against poverty and global suffering. Tickets can be purchased in advance online from We Got Tickets or from any of the venues on the night.

Be sure to also follow Oxjam Notting Hill on Twitter and Facebook for all the latest news as well as live updates on the night!

Oxjam was started in 2006 as a way of raising money for Oxfam through music – since then, over 3,500 Oxjam events have taken place (attended by a staggering one million plus people!) that have raised £2 million for the cause. Oxjam also showcases some of the best up and coming musical talent this country has to offer, from a very diverse range of musical genres – everything from folk to funk, afro beats to blues…and much more besides. Oxjam Notting Hill promises to be more than just a musical festival – they aim to be an institution.
