Fresh from the clubs and art galleries of ever-so-trendy Berlin, the exciting yoga workout party Funk the Buddha will be hitting Notting Hill this Saturday, 21st July with its London launch event.
Taking place at the Industry Club at Westbourne Studios from 6pm to 10pm, the night will be a fantastic, hip and holistic workout for all those taking part, and certainly something different to a usual Saturday night out! The evening will have a fun yoga flow, functional fashion and dancing favourites – and all participants will also receive a wellness inspired gift bag courtesy of Vitacoco, Upraw and Evolve Wellness Centre.
DJ Anna Greenwood from KOKO’s famous Guilty Pleasures night will be spinning tracks that are sure to get everyone going, whilst lulemon athletica will also be showing attendees how to look good and feel great with an exciting function show.
Rachel Okimo, the founder of Funk the Buddha and a London-based yoga teacher, says:
Funk the Buddha is all about feeling good without forfeiting the fun while giving us a cool alternative to a conventional Saturday night out. So grab your mat, bring your friends and join us for a yoga evening to remember.
Further Funk the Buddha events will be taking place at other London hotspots during the rest of 2012 – and watch out for more international parties in Berlin, Istabul and Copenhagen.
Tickets cost £20 in advance (or £25 on the door) and can be purchased at www.funkthebuddha.com, where you can also find out more information about this evening out with a difference.
