Taking place at Wild Trumpets, the event is designed to lift all participants&#8217; spirits in this cold, grey winter to help us endure during some of January&#8217;s toughest days. The Smart Workshops will focus on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>Self-Care:<\/strong>\u00a0Discovering inner balance through a 30-minute meditation and aromatherapy session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creativity:<\/strong>\u00a0Exploring new skills with candle-making and collage art workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustainable Living:<\/strong>\u00a0Showcasing four inspiring small sustainable businesses with stories to share and products to browse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Smart Workshops aim to bring the community together for a fun, inspiring day filled with learning, self-care, and connection.
