Actually a pub (so do also pop in for just a drink, if you’re not in the mood for a bite) with a fantastic atmosphere – the kind of place where everyone probably\u00a0would\u00a0know your name, if they could. Serves delicious Thai food at very reasonable prices. Absolutely beautiful in the summer when the outside of the pub is covered in flowers. An equally fancy-but-different exterior in the winter months!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/em>One of those places in London that opened to quite a lot of press and fanfare – another new “trendy” eatery for the beautiful people that you might do your best to avoid as that surely means it can’t be any good…right? Well, leave your doubts at the door and come and have some fun…with a side order of Caribbean food. Sure, this very brightly decorated places a huge emphasis on good times, but the food is actually pretty darn decent. There’s the usual dishes that you might expect, given the cuisine – jerk chicken, rice and peas, ackee and saltfish, gumbo – but plenty more tasty offerings besides. My only complaint is that the cocktails – given the prices – could be a little better.
