There are three types of memberships on offer.
A studio offers a private, plant-filled office full of natural light; the size of a studio can range from 4 to 104 desks. This type of membership is ideal for those with different-sized teams, including businesses working in a hybrid model.
A resident membership offers a permanent desk that users can call their own. At Second Home Holland Park, this membership costs from £575 per month.
A day pass means you can drop in for the day. This is priced at £35 per day, although if you buy a bundle of 5 or 10 day passes, this can reduce to £30 or £25 per day.
A very wide range of amenities is on offer for all those working at Second Home Holland Park.
There’s fibre-optic broadband, unlimited printing, phone booths, breakout spaces, and access to 11 meeting rooms. Users and businesses can use Second Home as a mailing or registered address, should they need to. The space is dog friendly – who doesn’t benefit from an office pup?! – and there’s also bike parking on site. Second Home also offers a generous guest policy, and you’ll also have monthly access to 5 international Second Home locations.
During downtime, you can enjoy free organic tea and coffee from Ozone Roasters, or grab something from the on-site cafe, La Despensa. You can also take advantage of a 10% discount in the bookshop, Libreria. And if you need to freshen up, there are showers with Malin & Goetz products.
If you need a little extra space for a special event, the rooftop bar, workshop space, cafe, bookshop and auditorium are all available for private hire.
